David Diaz

David Diaz (General Manager)
David has been with Irv Seaver Motorcycles since 1991.   David started riding at 4 years old and continued on to race enduro, motocross, road racing and found his perfect niche with supermoto.  David also professionally raced Supermoto and later worked on the Dunlop Road Race Team as a tire and wheel expert.

Brian Bell (Sales Manager)
Brian has been with Irv Seaver since 1979. He is a walking encyclopedia of BMW Motorcycle facts and knowledge, past and present. Brian has attended most major BMW product schools and seminars. Brian currently rides anything and everything in inventory. The only thing he doesn't ride is any of his own bikes.  BrianBell@IrvSeaverBMW.com

Many of you may know her from her role at a prestigious British and Italian Motorcycle dealer in Newport Beach. She's a capable expert who will help you with fitting, features, sizing and style. Devin Strange (Sales Advisor)
Devin has been riding for 30 years in the dirt and on the street. He's a weekend regular on Ortega Hwy, and the track days at Fontana and Willow Springs. Devin has worked in Sales and as a Finance Manager for more than 10 years. Guests find Devin's experience and warmth both engaging and refreshing. Jim O’Brien (Parts Manager)
Jim has been with Irv Seaver since 2002. Jim is one of the sharpest and most incredible professionals in the industry.  His knowledge and breadth of experience shines with every encounter.

Shawn Boeker (Parts and Apparel)

Shawn is a true motorcyclist. He doesn't own a car. Shawn has a razor sharp knowledge of BMW Parts, old and new.
Shawn has several bikes but it all started with the R 1200 C after watching the James Bond film, "Tomorrow Never Dies."  Shawn has begun a full restoration of a 1935 R12. Shawn owns many bikes, but mostly rides his 2015 BMW R 1200 GS. Shawn@IrvSeaverBMW.com


Dustin Hentges (BMW Certified Technician)

Dustin started at Irv Seaver Motorcycles in 2008. He started riding when he was 5 which led to deciding to go to MMI to pursue a career as a technician. Dustin likes to go off-roading in his Jeep in addition to riding his bikes.  Dustin also completed a Saddlesore 1000 to Utah and back on a BMW F 800 S in less than 24 hours to become an Iron Butt Association member.

Jeff is a critical component in our success.  It's not difficult to run a poor service department.  Most motorcyclists sadly have direct experience with this.  Jeff constantly utilizes his skill, finesse and experience in running an efficient, capable and competent service department that consistently rates at the top in the nation.  With over 23 years in this business, Jeff will treat you right!


Harly Legowski (Service Advisor)

Harly (no 'e') has been working in the motorcycle industry for over 15 years. We couldn't find anyone named Bayern or with the initials BMW, so Harly was chosen. Alex Cervantes (Parts Technician / Detailer)
Alex has been with us since 2004, and he is very industrious without a doubt one of our most valuable team members! Alex receives parts orders, details motorcycles, and grills up some of the best BBQ on the first Saturday of the month. In his spare time he creates paintings and drawings!

Terry Watanabe (BMW Certified Master Technician)
Terry has been an Irv Seaver BMW employee since 1982.   Terry has over 40 years experience including working on the Yamaha race team. Terry loves working on motorcycles, and is our most senior technician.  Terry is also one of our Authority Bike Experts.

Tom Tohal (BMW Certified Master Technician)
Tom has been with Irv Seaver Motorcycles since 1979 and has over 35 years experience. Tom loves the Speedway Races, and often takes his daughter to them. He owns several Classic BMW Motorcycless and is our Classics Tech. When it comes to vintage restoration and service, there is nobody better.

Arturo Rosales (BMW Certified Technician)

Arturo has been with Irv Seaver BMW since 2009.  He's a solid and reliable technician that has a reputation for thoroughness.  You know if your bike is serviced by Arturo, it will be done to the highest standard and be running better than ever before.  In his spare time, Art is a salsa dancing madman.  He rides BMW Motorcycles.


Vlad Palabrica (BMW Certified Master Technician)
Vlad joined us in 2015 as a top graduate of MMI.   While there he completed the exclusive BMW STEP Program with the highest marks.  Vlad is a BMW Certified Master Technician who has proven his skill and attention to detail in taking care of you and your bike.


Robert "Bo" Cubberley (BMW Certified Master Technician)
Bo has been with us since 2007, and is a Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) grad. Bo has a passion for all things mechanical.  He's taken apart nearly everything mechanical he owns.  Originally from Julian, CA, Bo also loves to go off-roading, dirt bike riding.  When not working on motorcycles or taking things apart, Bo loves to ride his BMW R 1150 GS.
